Mahatma Ghandi wrote: Be the change you want to see. I believe that the world can be a much kinder place and so I contribute to my community and this idea by writing Spread the Word! statements of positivity like “You are truly a magnificent being” and randomly hand them out to anyone I meet on my travels – in the grocery store, at the bank, while out walking in my neighborhood - and I cannot tell you the overwhelming positivity with which they are received! It fills my heart to the brim! So, I’ve committed to handing out 7 every day until! I write my statements on scraps of paper and I don’t put my name on them or ask for anything in return. I just give of my heart, and believe me, that giving has multiplied exponentially! Kindness is free and there’s an unlimited supply, so I just keep on giving and hope that I inspire others to do the same in their own unique way!!! In fact, I am developing these statements into printed cards and they will be available for everyone to purchase so they too can be the voice of positivity in their communities!
Personal Profile:
Sharon Leman, a Certified Professional Co-active® Coach (CPCC), is an expert at adoption, divorce, career and relocation changes coaching with a strong emphasis on self-exploration, personal development and leadership because she’s been through all these life experiences. Sharon has spent most of her life searching for her true identity as a child of adoption. Her search has led her to a deep understanding of the human condition and is the basis of her coaching. After 12+ years experience in marketing and communications as a copy and freelance writer, broadcaster, and senior marketing manager, Sharon did a 180 and not only changed careers but changed countries to fulfill her purpose through coaching and leadership. Sharon has completed 116 hours Co-active® Coach Training and over 250 hours of Coach Certification Training offered by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) widely recognized as the most dynamic in the industry. Co-active® Coaching integrates three foundational principles that together serve to enhance the quality and results experienced in the coaching client’s life and work. Sharon successfully coaches individuals toward their goals, through her capacity for warmth, connection and intuition. As part of her professional development in 2010, Sharon completed 200 hours in the CTI Co-active Leadership program.

IgniteAbility Coaching was created out of a passionate desire to help people awaken to their natural magnificence. It is my conviction that every one of us possesses abilities that, once ignited, can inspire us into action that will lead to balanced, enriching, fulfilling and vibrant lives.

And, I believe that if everyone lived their lives from this authentic place, this world could be so naturally free from war, famine, division and strife. I belie that coaching opens the door to igniting our latent abilities and possibilities towards creating grand and noble lives.
