Happy New Year 2012!  I’m Sharon Leman, President and Founder of IgniteAbility Coaching and this year I am dedicated to helping my clients live their true identities.  Authenticity is a HUGE value of mine because I spent many years of my life living like a chameleon.  I wanted so badly to belong that I did this at the expense of being true to myself.
